The case of former Yugoslavs in Emmen near Lucerne:
naturalization is rejected - appeals and courts -
arbitrariness is not allowed in this case
Some Yugoslavs have a "partisan heart" yet from Tito
times. They are against any law and are playing tricks
like little children. In former times Tito was training
them like this converting their heart into a "partisan's
heart". Psychology in Switzerland never conceived this
"partisan's heart" and the Yugoslavs themselves often
did not either. Therefore it was regularly like this
that Yugoslavs had a perfect life in jail never
committing anything, but in "freedom" they were making
their tricks on and on again.
This criminalities of Yugoslavs in Switzerland was going
on since 1992 without interruption provocating a quiet
but huge rage of Swiss people against these Yugos. And
Nazi SVP only watched the criminality of these Yugos in
the police computer but NEVER detected the "partisan's
heart" in them, and good deeds not either. When in the
year 2000 were people's votes about naturalizations of
foreigners in the community of Emmen near Lucerne, there
were Italians and Yugoslavs, and Italians were all
accepted and Yugoslavs were all rejected, also when
Yugoslavs had not committed ANYTHING. This case of Emmen
was provoking appeals and rejections between the courts
in Lucerne and in Lausanne (Federal Court). At the end
the Federal Court in Lausanne was stating in 2003 that
arbitrariness is not allowed concerning naturalizations.
But now the affected Yugoslavs had to make a new

Additionally there were more cases, for example young
Yugoslav women having grown up in Switzerland speaking
the local dialect perfectly. Because of the ending of
their family name -ic the Swiss people were voting
against a naturalization of them. Canton of Geneva was
offering them a naturalization with a Swiss passport for
free, but the Yugoslav women rejected.
These "old Swiss people" mostly with a Nazi behavior
were always stating that Yugoslavs would NEVER change
just in a style like: "People from the Balkans never
change." - But all good deeds of Balkan people were
concealed of course.
Foundation of naturalization commissions - no
people's vote needed any more
After the decision of the Federal Court in Lausanne of
2003 stating that arbitrariness would be forbidden in
the case of naturalizations many communities were
founding "naturalization commissions" speaking with the
foreigners who had applied for a Swiss passport, and in
this way it was much better possible to get to know the
people than voting about them at the ballot box. A
constructive system of naturalization was established.
But Nazi SVP wanted to push through arbitrary decision
at the ballot box and was preparing one more initiative
for it's Nazi system of arbitrariness...

should be free for the community with which method a
foreigners should get Swiss nationality, or the
application could also be rejected without any
justification. Nazi SVP was in an absolute

simply wanted no people with a Swiss passport with an
-ic in the family name. Positive deeds of foreigners
were NEVER reported. Therefore this initiative is a

On the posters anonymous hands were touching
Swiss passports without seeing the humans to
whom belonged these hands. And brown hands
(from Africans and from Mediterranean people)

these anonymous hands came from a black
background representing an "scary world"
provoking even more fear. Swiss media called
this manner of posters simply as a "populism".
This is WRONG because the method of such
posters is much worse: The form of influence
and of provoking troubles in the population is

A new study says that 900,000 foreigners who could apply
for Swiss passport don't want this at all but only

Movement of Persons - with Romania and with Bulgaria

Well, what is a "control"? These territories were
colonized before (by Turkey, Austria-Hungary) and
Communism had destroyed them with military exercise. And
poverty was hardly eliminated in Romania and in Bulgaria
since 1989 because the mentality there is so corrupt as
a sugar cake is sweet. Thus the word "control" is very
relative there...
Swiss voter's population had to vote now
-- if Free Movement of Persons which was sanctioned in
2002 will continue
-- if this Free Movement of Persons will be expanded
also to the states of Bulgaria and Rumania.
The political parties from the left and the center as
also the industrials of Switzerland were supporting the
expansion of Free Movement of Persons making propaganda
with the argument of exportation and showing a comic
apple tree on their posters symbolizing the "fruits" of
EU expansion.
Mr. Hansjörg Walter from the industrials of SVP was the
Swiss Farmer's President and meant that Romanian workers
in Swiss agriculture had never be a problem and there
was only a positive experience with them. Hew was the

chamber orchestra with cellist Florea from Freiburg im
Breisgau these Romanians had a very fine culture.
Communism could not destroy all their culture. But there
was a special thing, a vulnerability for corruption in
the state's structure in Romania and in Bulgaria, and
this corruption did not disappear.

The lies of Nazi SVP:
Point 1: Nazi SVP claimed with Romania and
Bulgaria would repeat the situation as it was
with the partisan Yugoslavs with their
draggers and asylum abuse would repeat
charging social institutions of Switzerland
"eating" Switzerland away. This was a lie.
Point 2: Nazi SVP claimed depicting black
ravens that burglary gangs would come from
Romania when Free Movement of Persons would
granted. But also this was a lie: These
burglary gangs also come without official Free
Movement of Persons.
House owners in Switzerland did simply not
want to adapt the architecture to the new life
conditions against these Yugoslav partisans
and against very poor Romanians forming
burglary gangs committing burglaries in whole
Europe (fix good locks on balcony doors, fix
window bars at windows in the ground floor).
Burglary gangs will come with or without wards
at the border, with or without control...
Nazi SVP was acting now with it's Nazi colors again like
swastika flag is made: black, red, and white. Foreigners
were represented as giant black ravens biting red
Switzerland as if Switzerland would be a piece of bread.
Nazi SVP was - of course!!! - only watching the police
computer, and also the media only reported negative
things about Bulgaria and about Romania, and positive
things were NEVER reported. Bulgaria and Romania had a
high cultural tradition, but there was NEVER organized
anything with a cultural exchange. That means that again
foreigners were presented by Nazi SVP as an "anonymous
power" in general which had to be fought generally. And
Swiss justice was not acting again - they did NOTHING.
They let pass all this SVP Nazi shit against foreigners
presenting foreigners as black animals. Nazi state of
Switzerland was really doing the "honors", and the
foreigners could only shake one's head thinking if SVP
was making propaganda for black ravens.
Suddenly discussions about ravens were going on
everywhere with the idea that ravens would be aggressive
and Romania would be a "bad visitor" without reporting
one single positive fact from Romania.
Swiss ambassador is babbling: this would be "free
democrat meaning"
<Swiss ambassador of Romania was cited to the
Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bucharest. The
reason for the problem is the SVP poster about the
extension and continuation of Free Movement of
Persons. This reported "Daily View" ("Tagesschau") [of
Swiss TV]. On the SVP posters against Free Movement of
Persons three clever ravens are attacking Switzerland
with their beak. "We are shocked, and surprised that
Swiss are so badly informed about Romania" Alina Vlad
said, manager of news from abroad in her newspaper
"Freedom" ("Libertatae"). "This political party
posting these posters does not know Romania at all.
And this is a heavy insult for Romania. Obviously we
are not welcome in Switzerland." Most Romanians did
hardly know something about Switzerland before this
poster was published. But now the emotions are high.
Romania claimed that the Federal Government of
Switzerland would take distance from this poster
officially. The Swiss ambassador had to declare
himself. "My answer was that this poster was not at
all representing the official position of
Switzerland", ambassador Livio Hürzeler said in "Daily
View" ("Tagesschau"). But he also stressed "that we
know a free and democratic expression of opinion
before people's votes. And authorities cannot
interfere into the debates of the several sides
claiming more modesty". Additionally he declared that
such interventions of the Federal Government would
only be counter productive, Hürzeler said.>
<Der Schweizer Botschafter in Rumänien
ist in das Aussenministerium in Bukarest zitiert
worden. Grund für die Verstimmung ist das
Abstimmungsplakat der SVP zur Ausdehnung und
Weiterführung der Personenfreizügigkeit. Dies
berichtet die «Tagesschau». Auf den SVP-Plakaten
gegen die Personenfreizügigkeit nehmen drei listige
Raben die kleine Schweiz in den Schnabel. «Wir sind
schockiert, aber auch völlig überrascht, dass die
Schweizer über Rumänien eine so schlechte Meinung
haben», sagt Alina Vlad, Ausland-Chefin bei der
Zeitung «Libertatae». «Die Partei, die diese Plakate
aufgehängt hat, kennt die Rumänen gar nicht. Und sie
hat sie beleidigt. Offenbar sind wir in der Schweiz
nicht willkommen.» Die meisten Rumänen haben von der
Abstimmung in der Schweiz bisher kaum etwas
mitbekommen. Doch jetzt gehen die Wogen hoch.
Rumänien verlangte, dass sich der Bundesrat in der
Schweiz offiziell von den Plakaten distanziere. Der
Schweizer Botschafter musste sich erklären. «Meine
Antwort war, dass diese Plakate in keiner Weise der
offiziellen Haltung der Schweiz entsprechen», sagte
Botschafter Livio Hürzeler in der «Tagesschau». Er
habe aber auch betont, «dass wir die freie und
demokratische Meinungsäusserung bei
Abstimmungen kennen. Und dass es sich für die
Behörden nicht gehört, in solche demokratischen
Debatten einzugreifen, um die Beteiligten zu mehr
Anstand aufzurufen». Ausserdem habe er erklärt, dass
eine solche Intervention des Bundesrates nur
kontraproduktiv wäre, sagte Hürzeler weiter.>
Well, here is the "Swiss" characteristic again:
foreigners are presented as aggressive black animals.
This is pure Nazism, and this is not at all a
"free and democratic expression of opinion". With this
poster comparing humans with dark animals Switzerland
has converted absolutely into a Nazi state.
Poverty and criminal traditions in the lower class in
Romania and in Bulgaria
Persons taking humans earnest are learning sociology
automatically or have even studied sociology. About
Romania and about Bulgaria something has to be known:
Both countries have a lower class living in a hopeless
poverty, and by the long lasting occupations by Turks,
Austria-Hungary and by Communism the identity could
hardly develop. The personal pride is missing to be
without criminality. In this poverty some criminal
traditions have developed like theft by deception:
-- somebody pleads for money and opening the money bag
the person is stealing big bank notes out of the money
bag
-- faked watches or faked gold jewelry is offered
-- there are gangs which have specialized in cash
machine fraud stealing codes and names
-- there are Romanian gangs having specialized in
burglary
-- and some Romanian parents are educating their
children committing theft for the poor family.
One part of this kind of criminality is also executed by
Roma people.
Propaganda without limits against Romania and
Bulgaria by Nazi SVP

Of course this is one more time a typical exaggeration
and insult by Nazi SVP representatives who never have
seen a "Third World Country" before. Mr. Perrin does not
know either what is colonialism, and he does not know
either what is Communism, and he has no idea about
sociological connections, but he is only watching
statistics like all stupid Nazi SVP human beings. How
this population of eastern Europe had to build up their
state after the liberation of Communism is NEVER honored
with not one word.
Help is only possible when you go there personally
speaking with the people about projects the people
considerate reasonable so the population can feel that
their life is developing "upwards" and that they are
above all appreciated and not discriminated. Democracy
is not so important in this procedure because humans
having survived Communism and living with mafia since
1989 know exactly who is acting...
The same circumstances count for Bulgaria but with the
difference that Bulgarian language is in Russian letters
and all is a little bit more complicated yet.
Romania and Bulgaria as EU members - illusion of EU
and mafia
Well, what will happen when Romania and Bulgaria are in
the EU? Brussels took these two countries above all by
"solidarity" not being alone hindering that they fall
into Putin's hands. EU means in 2007 also that Romania
and Bulgaria would make "progress" when they receive
"support money". Well, mafia in Romania and Bulgaria
wants to hinder such progress of course where it's
possible keeping the own power, and mafia will take all
support money for itself storing the funds on Swiss bank
accounts. Corrupt mentality of the former Communist
states is very steady and when no investors are coming
giving "new drive" to the countries with new ideas and
projects and production plants giving a mental
satisfaction then this corrupt mentality will never be
overcome.
In the year of 2008 Brussels also blocked support money
indicating that first the corrupt structures had to be
eliminated. When such a block is happening after one
year of membership in the EU already then it is
obviously clear that Romania and Bulgaria are too early
EU members and should only have taken into the EEA. Here

und im Falle Bulgariens das organisierte

justice fighting corruption and criminality.
This comes out reading the two "progress
reports" about the two youngest EU members
which were presented on Wednesday yesterday.
According to the reports in both countries is
missing the rule of law ad it is in the other
25 EU states. The system of justice should be
more transparent and should produce
understandable convictions, EU Commission
said. Corruption and criminality should be
reduced. Until these days there is the
suspicion that even the political class would
be involved into criminality of the countries.
Above all Bulgaria has also to perform an
administration reform and progresses against
Organized Crime should be done yet.
"When there should be convincing results with
reform of justice and within the fight against
corruption and in the case of Bulgaria against
Organized Crime then there has more to be
done", Johannes Laitenberger said. He is the
first speaker of EU Commission.
With their interim balance about the reforms
in Bulgaria and Romania EU Commission is
confirming critics meaning that should have
had stated that Bulgaria and Romania had
reached EU level before their access to the EU
in 2007.>
What happens? Brussels means acting with money extortion
would work as an "education" measure. This can be with
little children under 10 years, but this does never work
in mafia states. But money extortion by EU is only

more dependent from this mafia and mafia in Romania and

Demonstranten festgenommen. Eine Scheibe des
Parlamentsgebäudes, in dem die Abgeordneten zu
einer Sitzung zusammengekommen waren, ging
während der Ausschreitungen zu Bruch. Die
Demonstranten protestierten gegen Korruption
und hohe Arbeitslosigkeit, und forderten den
Rücktritt der Regierung.>

of little mosques in Switzerland - 57.5% Yes
Nazi SVP meant that propaganda against minarets in
Nazi colors black and red could stop upcoming
Islamization of Europe.
There was one case where a mosque in Wangen at Aare
River (Wangen an der Aare) in canton of Berne had a
little minaret and was occupied by a Turkish group of
extremists, "Gray wolves". But in other cases Muslims
never made any problems when there had not been these
things:
-- some children could not speak or could only speak
hardly German in the Kindergarten and certain cantons
had to introduce a program for early speech with a
Kindergarten from 3 years on
-- there was always a discussion about the scarf in
schools
-- and there was always a discussion if Muslim children
have to learn swimming and have to go to school camps
because Muslim parents charged "Christian" children of
being rude with sexual molestation or violation
ambitions
-- and there was more and more the question about forced
marriage coming up because there were kidnapped
children.
Well, just the case of the "Gray Wolves" in Wangen at
Aare River where a little mosque had been "taken" by
Turkish schizophrenic Islamic extremists, just this
little mosque was the trigger for this initiative. But
this initiative did not solve the basic problem of
Islamization at all.
Let's see some details:
-- Muslim countries don't know school camps as also in
Asia and in South "America" there are no school camps
-- there is no swimming lesson in school either and the
situation concerning swimming in Muslim cultures is very
new because permissive swimming is forbidden there.
Women have to splash in clothes, and when swimming in a
swimming suit is allowed then Muslim men and women have
to swim during separated times or at separate beaches.
Thus Europe is really a revolution for Muslims when the
common swimming pool is used, or they simply don't go
there
-- since September 11, 2001, there is also a general
accusation Muslims had attacked "U.S.A." and all is a
lie and thus resistance of Muslims against this
liberal-minded tolerances in life in Europe is even much
stronger. It would good when political parties in Europe

Since September 11, 2001, criminal "U.S.A." claims
Muslims had attacked "U.S.A.". So, what should Muslims
think about these "Christs" coming to Muslim countries

But Islamic governments principally don't want any war,
but they want a slow civil takeover of whole states. In
their history there is multiculti Granada for example
which was destroyed by "Christians" and 1,000s of

states have more possibilities and often mean that they
would be well when Muslim men also would be decent, also
when the did not have so many rights like European

hardly no chance until today. Men and women are not
allowed to pray in the same room either, perhaps because
of a phobia of menstruation blood. Something is missing

it - always with the automatic gun in the house in the

how a minaret is penetrating Switzerland from
the bottom as if it would be a rocket
splitting and violating Switzerland. This
allusion has something real because there were
Muslim dictators threatening the West with
minarets as "rockets", but more than rhetoric
it never was. Many Muslims also have no sex
education and no enlightenment and don't know
how to manage their sexuality, and thus they

Thus one has to imagine: young generation of Nazi
SVP is really PROUD for this Nazi color combination

fray people manipulating them thus they will support
an SVP initiative. And at the same time "Swiss
safety" is invoked. But who is the real danger for
safety? More perverse it cannot be. More Nazism and
more efficiency cannot be. Swiss people are the
spies and foreigners are the hunted people spending
millions. All this money could really be used for
better purposes.
Black and red is the worst combination of colors
with black energy (black standing for underground
world and red for danger). This combination of
colors black, red, and white was also used in the
swastika flag of the Third Reich, and in this case
also for the "minaret poster" showing a Swiss flag
for a religious war, and the presented religion is
painted in "black". With this the fact of racism
against a religion is clearly committed.
We repeat: What has done Islam? There were some
little things with scarves and swimming and
marriage.
And what did criminal "U.S.A."? They are claiming
until today (2013) that Islam had attacked them and
since then they are destroying one Muslim country
after another applying lies and maneuvers provoking
Muslim refugees who are coming among others also to
Switzerland. The general program is called
dominating all oil resources, and this program could
be from Rothschild and Rockefeller, the two richest
persons of the world, both are alcoholics. This
would really match.
"Christian" violence with wars of "U.S.A." and
unilateral reports about foreigners were NEVER
reported during the discussions about this minaret
initiative. About positive deeds of Muslims in
Switzerland was hardly NEVER or NEVER spoken. How
black will be "Christianity" with it's colonialism
and with their lies and wars since September 11,

April 13, 2009), sports would destroy virginity (Saudi
Arabia, June 25, 2009); condemnation for suffering
lashing because she wore trousers (Sudan, July 13,
2009), prohibition of bras because bra would fake the
picture of women (Somalia, October 20, 2009); "day of
open mosque" in Switzerland concealing all brutalities

in those societies. One can complement this with

Courts of justice in Muslim countries are partly
archaic yet. But watching "U.S.A." considering how
many people is in a prison there (25% of the total

where people is up to 20 years innocent in prisons, or
where are death penalties without proof only for
having a brown or a black skin color, this is really

What is behind Muslim world
When many Muslims are having a meeting then Swiss have
a "bad feeling" because they don't know what is
behind:

Turkey has most identity problems because since
Atatürk Turks do not know how one should live
-- Islam is giving many possibilities for marriages
and divorces, and there is much more mutual help as
with the money human beings, and when men are
behaving well, then Islamic family can reach a high
intellect with many connections and not only with
soccer in tv
-- in Islam there is normally no alcohol, and thus
there are no alcohol damages but there is tea and
good food, and the intellect is kept well working up
to the higher old age
-- women are sometimes limited deliberately by men
when men do not conceive that an intellectual
development of the woman also is giving a positive
drive for all. There is missing wisdom with men.
-- Muslims in Europe are enjoying also freedom they
don't have in their own country, but they cannot
"use" these freedom much because their parents are
watching and controlling the young generation with
their circles
-- against forced marriage there are more and more
possibilities for defense, but this is happening
yet. There is missing wisdom and education with the
parents. A forced marriage is blocking the energy of
the affected wife, with the affected man, and with
the affected families. This is really something
which should be evaded.
Therefore persons watching a group of Muslims should
really think of these topics. Muslims are not going bad,
but they are not going euphorically well either.
Mischief against other religions has risen massively
since September 11, 2001. And every Muslim is different,
as any atheist or Christian is different. Saudi Arabia
is sending some money for a new mosque. That's it.
In general Muslims in Europe often hardly learn the
local language. Also can hardly read what is written on
the posters and what is written in the propaganda
advertisings of SVP. ShitVP is making politics with
minaret posters but is not hitting the enemy at all.
Nazi SVP was sinning one more people's vote, but it had
hardly any effect in Islam world, not in Switzerland
either. Minarets are hidden implemented in Switzerland
camouflaged as little vent pipes, with little
loudspeakers, for example at Barracks in Basel
(Kasernenareal) or in Frauenfeld or elsewhere. Muslims
don't want big cathedrals. They don't need luxury,
because there is much more behind it.

For an enlightenment of Muslims concerning men and women
Bravo could be translated into Arab, Serb and Turkish or
Albanian language so all Muslims coming from poor
regions from the countryside can inform themselves with
little money about sexuality of women and men and their
feelings. But SVP does not conceive this that there is
"the point" - and about G point many Muslims have no
idea, above all men do not. In many countries of Africa,
Asia and also in Latin America also any wisdom about
sexuality and feelings is not developed being satisfied
with the own body. People are living only in their fight

For this vote for a
prohibition of minarets in Switzerland the
partition between German and French speaking
Switzerland is not realized because two
French speaking cantons (Jura and Neuchâtel)
voted against minarets.
Considering the counties then there is the
striking result that minarets would be
strongly allowed in the towns of Berne and
Zurich, and also on the right board of Lake
of Zurich minarets would be authorized by
the majority of the voters - just where Mr.
racist Blocher has it's domicile.
At the same time wide rural regions of the
French part of Switzerland have a majority
against minarets, above all in the canton of
Wales, Neuchâtel and in the canton of Jura.
Thus above all considering the counties
there is NO split ("Rösti ditch") between
German and French speaking part of
Switzerland.
But fact is also that this people's vote will not hinder
Islam's spread in Europe neither in the world as long as
Saudi Arabia with it's hostile policy to women and with
it's oil sold to Western countries is always nuzzled and
Switzerland is giving them also bank accounts with bank
secrets. Additionally militant Muslims want probably a
counter strategy against Switzerland taking a revenge
against this prohibition of little religious towers. One
can see, work of Nazi SVP is not leading to ANY
result...
A lawsuit at Swiss justice against this minaret poster
was without success because now Swiss justice claimed
that this would only affect a building regulation and
not the practice of the religion. More Nazi a country
cannot be than Switzerland...

before. And Muslims are allowed to settle their
conflicts alone. But when the development is going on

criminals could become Swiss when they would not be
deported. With these statements Switzerland really
converted into a Nazi state, and politic parties in
Switzerland did not want to see this yet. Of course the
colors were one more time in black, red, and white.
And until today (2013) there is no law which would
protect foreigners from political propaganda in
Switzerland. Switzerland has converted in an absolute

photos of photo models and was "preparing"
them in the normal Nazi colors black, red,
and white fraying Swiss population - and
racist Blocher was paying everything. But
there was no effect with it at the end...
During the propaganda before the people's vote for this
deportation initiative Nazi SVP confronted the whole
population with the words "violator", "child abuser",
"murderer" and "welfare cheater" and was abusing the
four foreign sounding names Ivan (Russia), Detlef
(German), Faruk (Arab) and Ismir (Turkey).
With this propaganda there is the precise calculation of
this criminal Nazi SVP to connect Germans within the
criminal connection with sexually not educated Muslims
from the Balkans and from Middle East - and Swiss
criminals are left out.
The real problem, missing sex education of Turkish and
Balkans cultures, was providently CONCEALED.
The enemy picture against Germans was deliberately
supported whereas since the Schengen agreement German
newcomers hardly had committed any infringement of law.
They got free jobs where were no Swiss for them.
Additionally there are also German bosses, and they
prefer having German staff evading problems with Swiss
rebels who are manipulated by right radical Nazi SVP.
Nazi SVP just does not want to see that the giant
problem in the country is SVP itself!
The whole Nazi propaganda of SVP in Nazi colors of Mr.

The problem of violations by foreigners is NOT solved as
long as there is no Bravo and no Girl in Turkish or in
Arab or in Serb or in Albanian language. Also further

process because they don't think what is really missing

Internet. The photo company was without any power

One can see: according to cantons there is a
split between German speaking Switzerland and
French speaking Switzerland ("Rösti ditch")
with the exception of Basel Town which also
voted against this initiative. But according
to the counties this "Rösti ditch" is a lie
and brown sauce of SVP is rejected in many
regions of German speaking Switzerland, above
all in Basel Town, in the town of Zurich, in
big parts of the canton of Berne and Grisons,
and even at the domicile of Mr. racist Blocher
itself at the right board of Lake of Zurich.

This initiative of deportations from SVP was accepted by
52.3% of the voters, but all in all there is NO EFFECT.
Not educated foreigners are going on coming to the
country covering Switzerland with new criminality.
Criminality of foreigners in Switzerland was rising with
men from northern Africa after Arab Spring, and also by
the war in Syria this immigration wave has risen one
more time (2013). NOTHING has changed. Additionally
poverty in EU is threatening Switzerland now. Global
poverty and bank secret destroying the moral of the

nobody wants to see this...
